Rector in his speech said, the opening of Bank Mandiri KCP UIN campus is expected to benefit customers, especially academic community. Bank Mandiri's presence on campus as well UIN also provide facilities for students in the payment transaction or payment registration fees for prospective new students. "Prior to the opening of Bank Mandiri KCP UIN campus, students and prospective students do their banking activities in Bank Mandiri, which is quite far from campus. But not anymore as this office is located within the campus, "said the Rector. He also pointed out that the opening of Bank Mandiri KCP UIN is intended to make campus be more alive and bustling. Since the signing of the MoU, the cooperation between Bank Mandiri and UIN was still restricted to transactions done through Mandiri’s ATM, Internet Banking, cash in the branch office, and sms banking. But cooperation is now also done in the form of physical development which utilizes the land of about 300 square meters in the exit area of the campus. The Building of Bank Mandiri KCP UIN is a two-floor office, equipped with facilities such as transactions (teller), costumer services officers (CSO), and 24-hour ATM machines. According to the Area Manager of Bank Mandiri Adang Sudrajat, Bank Mandiri KCP UIN is the relocation of the KCP Lebak Bulus in Poins Square. "The previous location was not really strategic, so we move here," he said. (ns/Irma)
