Main Auditorium, UIN Online - UIN Jakarta was able to break the record of Indonesian Museum of Records (MURI) in the category of the highest number of seminar participants. The number of participants of 2.337 people is higher to what has been targeted which was 2.000 participants.

“I believe that this is the first time in the world that a seminar is held with the highest number of participants. Thus, UIN Jakarta is worthy to acquire the appreciation from MURI,” said Head of MURI Jaya Suprana in the Main Auditorium, Thursday (20/5).

The announcement was made in a national seminar with the theme “The Role of Insurance in the Globalization Era” which was held by the Faculty of Economy and Business. The speakers in the seminar were Ir. Goenawan Hadidjojo, Ir. Muhamad Syakir Sula, and Henry Januar ChFP M.Bus.

The coordinator of the event, Ali Fahmi stated this seminar on insurance which also broke the record of MURI has actually been held for the second time in UIN Jakarta. The number of participants in 2009 reached 1.200 participants, but at that time had not break MURI record. (Elve/Jaenuddin Ishaq)
